01 · The experiment
How far can one person go building an agency with artificial intelligence, without hiring a team?
For 500 days I am going to test whether systems, automation and AI can multiply what one person can handle without removing the accountability, the judgement or the human contact.
02 · Rules
The rules, written before starting
They are public so the experiment can be checked from outside. If any of them changes, the change gets published too.
- SEBA has a single operating human member.
- No employees.
- No freelancers.
- No projects subcontracted to other agencies.
- Tools, APIs, automations and AI models may be used.
- Every deliverable is reviewed and owned by me.
- No private or sensitive client data is shown.
- Results are published only when they can be verified.
- The mistakes and limits of AI go on the record too.
- Documenting 500 days does not mean working 500 days without rest.
