How it was measured
This page does run JavaScript: 4 KB written by hand—1.7 KB compressed—for the animated title, these measurements and the theme selector. It travels inside the HTML, so it does not appear as a downloaded file or add another request.
External JavaScript per page
In June 2026, the mobile median was 711 KB, according to HTTP Archive, which measures millions of pages. Less code does not guarantee a fast website on its own, but it means less data, less work for the phone and fewer opportunities for delay.

If you want me to stay involved after launch, Care combines maintenance, metrics and monthly changes in one plan. You contact me directly.
- Hosting and domain
- The first year is included with the project; after that, it becomes part of the monthly plan.
- Monthly reporting
- How many people visited, where they came from and how quickly the site loaded. In plain English.
- Maintenance
- Monitoring, backups, updates and repairs if something fails. These do not use your monthly allowance.
- Improvement allowance
- 1 hour per month for changes and improvements: prices, photos or a new section. If something exceeds the allowance, I quote it before doing the work, never afterwards.
The timelines above cover development and begin once you approve the design. The delivery date and the discount applied if I cause a delay are written into the proposal before we start.

From the first message to a working result
Before we begin, we define the scope, price, delivery date and what I need from you to meet it. Throughout the project, you know what is happening and what comes next.

You get in touch and we schedule a free 30-minute call. I explain the solution I see, what information I need and whether I am the right person to build it.
You receive a clear proposal
Within 2 business days
I send you a written proposal covering the scope, what is included, the price and the delivery date. If you request a change later, we agree in advance on how it affects the price or timeline.
We define how it will work
First draft within 2–3 business days
Before development begins, I show you the proposed solution so you can review it. Depending on the project, it may be a screen design, a workflow map or a prototype. I start building once you approve it.
I build it and you see the progress
Delivery date set in the proposal
Throughout development, you receive work-in-progress versions to review and have a direct channel with me. You can follow the project closely, and we can resolve pending decisions in time.
I get it running and hand everything over
On the agreed date
I publish or put the solution into operation, verify that everything works and hand over every login and access detail together with clear instructions. You then choose whether to continue on your own or with SEBA Care.
