01 · Project

Three experiences, one platform

Keep Moving is a gym in Miramar, Buenos Aires, that needed to bring its digital presence and day-to-day management into one tool. SEBA.ar designed, developed and launched a custom web platform made up of three connected experiences: an institutional website to present the gym, an admin dashboard to organize operations and a private member portal. The project covered the interface design, system logic, database and infrastructure, with SEBA.ar responsible from the first product decisions through production launch. Everything was built around the way Keep Moving actually works, without forcing the gym into a template or adding features unrelated to its needs.

02 · Challenge

Centralize without adding complexity

The challenge was to centralize two complementary needs. Keep Moving needed a clear digital presence to communicate its classes, trainers, schedules, plans, member benefits and news. It also needed one tool for the administrative work involved in daily operations: managing members and memberships, recording payments, tracking attendance, organizing cash flow and keeping content up to date. The solution had to be easy to use across devices and respect the clearly defined scope of each module.

03 · Solution

Website, operations and portal connected

SEBA.ar developed a platform with three connected areas. The public website presents Keep Moving’s identity, trainers, classes, weekly schedule, plans, pricing, benefits, articles, gallery and contact channels. It also includes technical SEO, social metadata, structured data and an AI-powered assistant. The Store is an informational catalog that directs enquiries to the gym; it does not process purchases or online payments. The admin dashboard centralizes member records, memberships, prices, discounts, membership freezes, manually recorded payments, internal charges, expenses, outstanding balances, cash management, attendance, schedules, trainers and content. It includes CSV roster exports, print-friendly views, role-based permissions and an audit trail for relevant operations. Articles, galleries, member benefits and the informational product catalog can also be managed from the same dashboard. The member portal provides private access to the current plan, membership fee status and due date, outstanding balance, recent payments and latest attendance records. All three areas share one visual system and a centralized database, preventing information from being scattered across disconnected tools.
