A trilingual platform for content and operations

Círculo Italiano Joven Italia has been part of Miramar’s cultural and community life since 1889. The institution needed to renew a digital presence spanning activities, language courses, event spaces, events, citizenship guidance, art, dance and more than a century of history, while turning it into a practical tool for day-to-day work. SEBA.ar designed and developed a custom platform combining a public website in three languages with a private management environment. The project included the new visual system, content architecture, migration of historical material, public forms, admin dashboard, database and production infrastructure.

The challenge went beyond modernizing the website. A broad institutional offering had to be organized for different audiences, while preserving the previous project’s archive and presenting extensive information without making it difficult to navigate. Content needed to work in Spanish, Italian and English, even when part of the historical record existed only in its original language. At the same time, the team needed a protected space to manage events, membership applications, course enquiries, members and conversations. The solution had to be clear on a phone, accessible by keyboard and careful with both legacy and newly submitted personal data.

SEBA.ar built an institutional website in Spanish, Italian and English, with localized routes, navigation and metadata for each language. The homepage connects activities, the events calendar, event spaces, history, the photo archive, videos, membership and contact information; the activities directory organizes the 2026 language, dance and art schedules with search and filtering designed for small screens. The calendar separates upcoming dates from the archive, preserves 22 historical events and gives every event a permanent page with its status, date, venue, cover and gallery. Membership and language-enquiry forms validate data on the server, record consent and combine anti-spam checks with persistent limits. In the private area, the team can create and publish events by language, manage their images, review applications and enquiries, maintain the member roster, and manage accounts and conversations. A virtual assistant answers in all three languages using only public institutional information and directs each next step to destinations verified by the server.

Círculo Italiano now has a digital presence consistent with its history and a practical tool for supporting its work. Visitors can discover activities, review schedules and events, explore the archive and get in touch in their language. The team can maintain the calendar, process applications and enquiries, manage members and review conversations from one centralized environment. The previous website’s historical record remains available, while new content can be published and managed without rebuilding every page.
