Care is the monthly support plan that keeps your project updated and gives you someone to contact whenever you need a change. It can begin on launch day or be added later. There are no tickets or help desks: you message me directly on WhatsApp.

What's included
Everything below is included in the price
- Hosting and domain management, kept up to date and registered in your name if you prefer
- Automatic, tested backups—a backup that has never been restored is not a backup
- Security updates as soon as they become available
- If something breaks, I fix it without charging you separately
- A monthly allowance of hours for changes and improvements
- Uptime monitoring: if the website goes down, I find out before you do
- A monthly traffic and performance report written in plain English
If you need something that is not on the list, ask anyway. If I do not provide it, I will point you to someone who does.
